Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) will be processed on the next business day.

Important Notes

  • Processing times are calculated on business days only and do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery and processing times may be slightly extended during peak shopping seasons, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.
  • In the event of an unexpected processing delay, we will notify you promptly via email with an updated timeline.

Once your order has been shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your shipping destination and the carrier selected.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout or upon delivery.


Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to the following locations at this time:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa)
  • Certain remote or rural areas that are not accessible by our standard shipping carriers

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to a shipping restriction associated with your provided address, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternative arrangements. If a suitable alternative cannot be identified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Order Confirmation and Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and up to date. Please double-check all address details — including apartment or suite numbers — before finalizing your order.

If you need to correct or update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@mintinboxtoys.com. We will do our best to make the change before your order is processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be subject to reshipment fees.

  • Mint In Box Toys is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss for the products pass to you.
  • All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate the status with the carrier on your behalf.
