Mint In Box Toys reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason. An order is not considered accepted until we send you an order confirmation. Payment must be received and processed before an order can be accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted and is being processed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. If we are unable to accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, phone number, or billing information you provided at checkout.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer available; however, you may return or exchange the item(s) in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You represent and warrant that all purchases you make are for your own personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale, redistribution, or export.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Product prices, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged for any item will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, or import fees.

Prices displayed on our website may differ from prices in our physical store or on other platforms operated by third parties. We may run promotions or offer special deals through the Services from time to time, which are governed by their own terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between those promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will take precedence.

You also agree to promptly update your account details — including your email address, payment card numbers, and expiration dates — so that we can process transactions and communicate with you as needed.

You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is valid and accurate, (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method selected, (iii) your card issuer or payment provider will honor the charges incurred, and (iv) you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including any applicable shipping fees and taxes.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time (CT) will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on the destination.
All orders include free standard shipping within the United States. No additional shipping fees are charged.

Shipping Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Title to, and risk of loss for, products passes to you once we hand the order over to the carrier.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

All content and materials found on or through our Services — including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, text, images, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, video, audio, website design, layout, and arrangement — are owned by Mint In Box Toys, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
